We are pleased to welcome everyone to Oklahoma City for the 2008 conference. This year’s conference will feature topics such as value-added and economic development provisions in the 2008 Farm Bill, organic labeling regulations and their impacts on niche meat marketers, and some hands-on product manufacturing experiences at the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center at Oklahoma State University. The conference will be held near the Bricktown district of Oklahoma City at the Sheraton Hotel, with the neighboring Colcord Hotel serving overflow lodging needs.
