Personnel

Jandra Pricer, Coordinator

Currently in her 22nd year of conference management for Agricultural Conference Services, Jandra brings a wide range of experiences and knowledge to aide in your quest for the perfect meeting.  She has developed contacts throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states that will benefit your group.  From site location, to contract negotiation, to development of setup needs and menus, to conference management and final budget reports you will experience Jandra’s professional management and assistance with your meeting needs.

Patty Hood, Assistant Coordinator

Patty has been a member of the Agricultural Conference Services for 10 years.  She assists with conference setups, menu selection, conference management, as well as coordinating the production of conference materials such as professional nametags, receipts and reports.

Stacy Payne, Financial Assistant and Conference Facilitator

A member of the department for 8 years, Stacy handles the financial accounting and reporting duties for the various conferences.  Stacy serves as one of our on-site coordinators for several of our state and national conferences.  She also designs many of the spouse tours and often serves as tour guide.

Lori Templin, Senior Secretary

Beginning her third year with the Department, Lori handles the majority of our telephone inquiries.  She is also responsible for conference data entry and production of materials.
